I know my login and password, but still can't log in.
In this case, there are four possible scenarios:
1. You may be trying to log in using the registration form instead of the
log in form.
Using the right form will solve the problem.
2. It may be that your browser settings don't allow cookies. It's necessary
to Enable Cookies in order to log in.
3. It may be that your browser privacy settings are too strict. You may
solve this issue by adding A.B.C. free designs archive to "allowed sites" list
in your browser. Here are instructions for how to add "allowed sites" in
Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE):
3.1. Open your browser (Internet Explorer).
3.2. Click "Tools" ---> "Internet Options" on top menu of your browser.
3.3. Select the "Privacy" tab.
3.4. Click on the "Sites..." button and type http://www.abc-free-cross-stitch-patterns.com
in the "Address of Web site" section.
3.5. Click "Allow."
3.6. Click "OK."
If you're accessing http://www.abc-free-cross-stitch-patterns.com
from behind a firewall,
proxy, or anti-virus program, temporarily disable the program and try to connect again.
If disabling this program helps, we suggest consulting the program's support center for
assistance on how to configure it in a way that will still allow you to access your freebies archive account.
Note: if you're using a work computer, the problem may be related to your
computer's corporate security settings....
4. It may be that you believe to be registered, but actially you aren't. To
check if you're registered or not, just try to register. If you've already done so, the
system will let you know, by saying that user with this email address already
exists. Here's a link to registration form.
The email address you're entering in registration
form should be one which you currently use to send and receive emails. Password
can include any letters and numbers you want, at least 6characters length is required. After registering, be sure to confirm your
subscription, by clicking on a special link inside "Confirm Subscription"
email.
Once you register, you'll begin to receive newsletters, letting you know about new freebies and machine embroidery products.
